10th Bikram Yoga Class - December 17th, 2008 - 10:50 - Location Home
Got my room all set up, cranked up the space heater, filled the tub with water for the humidity. Probably need a second space heater to get the temp. a bit higher. Cranked up the Bikram CD and it was great! Nice to know I have options for those days that a trip down the freeway was not going to happen.
