11th Bikram Yoga - Thursday, December 18th, 2008 - Home afternoon
I bought a new heavy duty heater, got the heat cranked up to 90 (that is as far as it goes). Hit the play button on my Bikram CD and I blew a circuit. Went to the gargage and reset the circuit, ran an extension cord and I was back in business. I now realize why the Bikram studio is 105 degrees. 90 degrees barely enough to break a sweat . . . didn't ever think I would miss the dripping sweat but I do.
