First Bikram Yoga Class 2/1/2008, 4:30-6:00 p.m., staff very friendly and helpful. I believe it was over 100 degrees, instructor Cathy (with a C) did gentle corrections, note to myself bring an extra bottle of water to next class . . . 30 minutes to go ran out of water, I was soaking wet, drank 4 bottles of water that evening and through the night, woke up several times throughout the night, very tired, hmm, very bad/halitosis, is that why they have those mints on the way out of class? *Need to check on that. Also noted the last 15 minutes could feel my heart/deep/strongly beating. Left hip/ sore/burning which had been my tight hip on the way home from class, but fine the next morning. After class noticed two planets Venus and Mercury lining up with Crescent moon.
Note:
*Drinking plenty of water daily will help to control bad breath. Dehydration will attempt to conserve moisture by reducing the salivary flow, which minimizes the saliva's cleansing effects on bacteria which is a cause of bad breath.
