The Need to Run

Yesterday I knew I needed to run a bit longer on Thursday and one of my running buddies agreed to go some extra miles. Just received the news of my cousins that his brain tumor is termianl . . . with Chemo and Radiation he has benn given a timeline of 18-24 months I feel like I'm in a time warp . . . I was just over visiting my cousin at his house in Septemberr and 90 days later and I would have never imagined what life had in store for him. Sometimes life can really suck . . .
